Birchcliff is using the notice-and-access model to send meeting materials in respect of its annual meeting of shareholders to be held on May 16, 2024 (the "Meeting") to its beneficial shareholders who do not hold common shares in their own name ("beneficial shareholders"). Beneficial shareholders may request that paper copies of Birchcliff's Notice of Meeting and Information Circular in relation to the Meeting and/or Birchcliff's Annual Financial Statements and related Management's Discussion and Analysis for the most recently completed financial year be sent to them by postal delivery, at no cost to them. Requests may be made by filling in the information below and submitting the request online, or by calling Birchcliff toll-free at 1-844-261-6401. Requests may be made up to one year from the date the Information Circular was filed on SEDAR.
