Birchcliff donated a steam separator and valve valued at $8,500, key components in the college’s Power Engineering and Field Operator Specialist – Hydrocarbon Resources (FOS-HR) programs.

Birchcliff has offered two scholarships for Northern Lights College’s 4th class Power Engineering program since 2023, with some graduates going on to join Birchcliff as full-time employees. In conjunction with the steam separator and valve donation, Birchcliff is growing its scholarship offerings to include two FOS-HR scholarships, one for the fall intake and one for the winter intake.
